In case if there is delivery failure for some reason, the packet remains available for the buyer to collect from the post office for certain days. This period varies with different countries. Once this period is over it returns back to the sender. It usually takes 6-10 weeks. Please, contact me if the order returns back. I am open to resend it. No, I don't ship to a different address. I usually cancel the order if you request to me to ship it to a different address.
